Abstract
This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment, work life balance and work stress on employee satisfaction. This research used 62 PT.PLN UP3 Bekasi employees as samples, using the Total Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is SEM based on SMART PLS. The research results show (1) the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of PT. PLN UP3 Bekasi employees., (2) work life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT PLN UP3 Bekasi employees., (3) work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction of PT PLN UP3 Bekasi employees.
