Abstract
The presence of crowdfunding platforms is increasingly common in Indonesia. One of the reasons is because many crowdfunding platforms have been developed by Zakat Collecting Organizations (ZCO) in an effort to collect and maximize the collection of Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS) funds. However, the large growth of crowdfunding has not yet succeeded in maximizing the potential of ZIS funds in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze, help evaluate, and provide suggestions for strategies for raising ZIS funds on the LAZ Sinergi Foundation crowdfunding platform. This research is qualitative in nature with a SWOT analysis approach. This research will use a combination of method triangulation techniques and data source triangulation so that from each method the information that has validity will be researched and turned into concrete data. The research results show that the LAZ Sinergi Foundation in collecting ZIS funds through a crowdfunding platform scheme uses internal platforms, namely www.sinergifoundation.org, www.dailysedekah.id, and www.sinergizakat.id and also external platforms such as Kitabisa.com, Amalsholeh, Wecare .id, QuranBest, and MyQuran. The strategy implemented by the LAZ Sinergi Foundation is in a growth and build position so that the strategy that must be implemented is growth oriented in order to increase ZIS fund collection.
