Abstract

Writing a thesis as a final assignment for undergraduate students is part of the activities of deepening scientific disciplines. As a mandatory requirement, a thesis creates different perceptions from students, and most students are worried about the difficulties of completing the thesis. Individuals who have good self-efficacy will help someone be proactive, competitive and creative so that it can have an impact on improving learning outcomes. The variables of self-efficacy and length of writing a thesis do not have a significant relationship. The length of work on a thesis is significantly correlated with the stress level variable. The variables of self-efficacy and length of writing a thesis do not have a significant relationship. The length of work on a thesis is significantly correlated with the stress level variable. Future researchers are advised to develop research in terms of variables, sample size, design and research instruments. : Based on the research results, it was found that 14 students of FK UPN “Veteran” Jakarta had moderate self-efficacy (36.8%). The stress of final year students of FK UPN “Veteran” Jakarta is dominated by the normal stress group with a total of 26 students (68.4%) and followed by other groups, mild, namely 4 students (10.5%) and moderate, namely 8 students (21.1% ).
