Abstract

This research is quantitative research which aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, work discipline, and motivation on the performance of Gen Z employees in South Jakarta. The sample for this research was 100 Gen Z employees who live in South Jakarta using a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis with the help of SmartPLS 4 software. This research carries out partial hypothesis testing or T Test and simultaneously or F Test. This research results that (1) transformational leadership has an effect on employee performance, (2) discipline work influences employee performance, (3) motivation has no influence on employee performance, and (4) transformational leadership, work discipline, and motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.
