Abstract
This research’s purpose is to determine and prove the influence of hybrid work and transformational leadership toward job satisfaction mediated by creative environment. This research analyze 70 employees of PT Semesta Integrasi Digital. The SEM based PLS is chosen as data analysis technique in this study. The results of this study shows that (1) hybrid work has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) creative environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) hybrid work has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by creative environment, (5) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by creative environment.
