Abstract
This research uses quantitative methods, conducted at Sekertariat Direktorat Jenderal PPKL KLHK located in East Jakarta. This study aims to Analyze and Investigate the influence of Teleworking on Job Satisfaction, the influence of Workload on Job Satisfaction, and the influence of Workplace Spirituality on Job Satisfaction. The sampling technique used is total sampling with sample 64 employees is obtained. Data collection is carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The test results obtained in this study (1) Teleworking has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (2) Workload has no effect on Job Satisfaction (3) Workplace Spirituality has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction
