Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership, and work discipline on employee performance. The object used in this research is PT Tiki Jalan Nugraha Eka Kurir (JNE) Bogor Branch. The sample selection is a small sample with a total of 76 employees of PT JNE Bogor Branch. The analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 Software. The results of this study indicate (1) there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance (2) there is a significant influence of leadership on employee performance (3) there is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance.
