Abstract
Research has purpose to know the influence of work competence and motivation to employee performance of BNN Kota Jakarta Timur. The method for this research is quantitative. The study population of all employees who work in BNN Kota Jakarta Timur. The size of the sample of 35 respondents with a sampling technique using saturated sampling Technique where all members of the population sampled. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires online-shaped G�form. Using the Technique of analysis the method of descriptive analysis continued with the analysis of the inferential tools SmartPLS 3.3 (Partial Least Square),the Results of this study (1) Competence have a positive and significant gdp performance, (2) motivation has positive and significant effect on performance. (3) the Competence and Motivation have a positive and significant impact on performance. The limitation of this study because of the lack of pendektan with the respondents.
