Abstract
The sales information system is one way to increase customer trust and also increase the quality of service in buying and selling activities via the internet for better quality and more detailed information about products. Many sales businesses, especially clothing and accessories products, use a website-based sales information system to simplify the sales process. Grif Official Store sells totebags made of denim with a wide selection of models that can be adjusted to the customer's wishes. Even though it has implemented an online sales system, it does not yet have an adequate system so there is still a lack of quality service provided to customers. This design aims to facilitate the Grif Official Store in managing transaction processes, collecting product data, sales revenue and efficiency. The design of this research uses the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method with the waterfall strategy and uses the PHP, CSS and Javascript programming languages and uses MySql as the database. With the design of this sales information system, it is hoped that it will increase customer trust and make it easier for the Grif Official Store to carry out a more effective sales process such as providing more information related to product descriptions, choosing according to product categories, there is a live chat feature that facilitates interaction between buyers and sellers, using various payment methods and make it easier for admins in the process of collecting transaction report data.
