Abstract

In order to meet the needs of the community with various transaction activities, the bank provides services in the form of facilities that can help the community to carry out their activities. Savings as one of the savings products in banking which is widely owned by the public and young people, is equipped with various adequate facilities to be used by its customers, with the aim of facilitating transaction activities, anytime and anywhere. The existence of banking facilities in savings products, there is a distinct satisfaction value for customers who use and utilize them, where this can be concluded as the effectiveness of the use of these banking facilities. This writing aims to find out the BNI Taplus Muda savings product facility which is often used by UPN Veteran Jakarta students, and to review the effectiveness of the use of the savings product facility. The results of this paper indicate that almost all UPN Veteran Jakarta students always use BNI Taplus Muda facilities which consist of BNI ATM, BNI Mobile Banking, BNI Internet Banking, BNI SMS Banking and BNI Phone Banking for transactions, as well as a review of the effectiveness of the use of BNI Taplus Muda facilities. it can be seen from the number of types of transactions carried out, the frequency of use of these facilities and the statement that the BNI Taplus Muda facility is considered useful.
