Abstract
World Government is one of the representations of political structure in the One Piece manga series that contains characteristics and phenomena that can be studied in International Relations. This study uses the English School as a theoretical framework to examine the concepts of international society, anarchy, order, and justice in the representation of the World Government. This study is a qualitative research using Norman Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis. The results show that the World Government in the One Piece manga series can represent the concepts of the English School through the existence of norms, institutions, relations among actors, limitations of authority, and efforts to maintain order that in several events create issues of justice.
