Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational size, personal technical abilities, and technological sophistication on the performance of accounting information systems. The population of this research is Bank Rakyat Indonesia employees who use accounting information systems. This research uses primary data by obtaining 100 research samples. This type of research is quantitative research. Research data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression method using a significance level of 5%. The research results show that organizational size, personal technical abilities, technological sophistication influence the performance of accounting information systems.
