Abstract
This scientific study examines the implementation of System Application and Product (SAP) in the goods ordering procedure at PT Premier Doughnut Indonesia. One of the operational processes significantly affected by digital transformation is the goods ordering process, which consists of a series of activities starting from requesting goods, creating purchase requisitions, the approval process, issuing purchase orders, to receiving goods. This scientific study aims to identify the business activities of PT Premier Doughnut Indonesia, the departments involved in the goods ordering process, the documents used, and the stages of the goods ordering procedure using SAP.This scientific study employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation and direct interviews with parties involved in the goods ordering process. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of SAP in the goods ordering procedure is effective. The use of SAP helps make the ordering process more organized, accelerates the ordering flow, reduces recording errors, and enables the company to monitor the status of goods orders more easily. However, several challenges remain, such as limited human resource readiness in operating the system and system disruptions, including network issues. Therefore, regular evaluations of system performance are required, along with improvements in staff capabilities through training related to SAP usage and inventory management procedures.
