Abstract

This study examines the quality of Patria & Co.'s Learning Management System (LMS) from the perspective of external users participating in online training programs. The assessment employed a combination of the Webqual 4.0 framework and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to generate interface improvement recommendations based on IPA quadrant mapping. A descriptive quantitative approach was adopted, with data collected through a Likert scale (1–5) questionnaire administered to respondents selected via purposive sampling. The analysis covered Webqual Index (WQI) calculation, gap analysis, and IPA Cartesian diagram mapping. Findings revealed that all three WebQual dimensions fell within the "Good" category, recording WQI scores of 0.70 for Information Quality, 0.68 for Usability, and 0.67 for Service Interaction Quality. Nevertheless, all indicators yielded negative gap values, signaling a discrepancy between user expectations and perceptions. IPA identified five Quadrant I indicators as top improvement priorities: US_2 (interface interaction clarity), US_4 (ease of use), IQ_5 (ease of understanding information), IQ_6 (information completeness), and SIQ_6 (ease of communication). In response, interface redesigns for five main LMS pages were developed using Figma.
