Abstract

The absence of a centralized system for managing unit performance data has become a persistent challenge for PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bekasi. The recapitulation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Performance Indicator (PI) achievements has long been carried out manually through unintegrated spreadsheet documents, rendering cross-period historical analysis inefficient and difficult to consolidate within a single platform. This study aims to design a web-based unit performance dashboard that facilitates the management and visualization of KPI and PI data in an informative and multi-period format, while producing a structured user interface design and system workflow as a technical foundation for further system development. The study adopts the Prototype method, with data collection conducted through direct observation, stakeholder interviews, and relevant literature review. System design was developed using UML modeling comprising Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams, alongside relational database design. System implementation was built using PHP Laravel, React with TypeScript, Inertia.js, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and PostgreSQL. Black Box Testing results confirmed that all designed features functioned in accordance with the established scenarios, while User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results indicated that the system was well received by users and deemed appropriate for operational needs in the field.
