Abstract
Multipurpose Credit is one of the consumer credit product offered by Bank Jakarta to meet the various financial needs of customers with fixed income. This Final Project aims to identify the role of Multipurpose Credit at Bank Jakarta as a form of support for community consumptive financing and to understand its implementation mechanism. The writing method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques consisting of literature study, documentation, and observation during the internship progpram at Bank Jakarta KCP Cinere. The data used are secondary data obtained from financial reports, annual reports, and official publications of Bank Jakarta for the period 2021-2025. The result show that Multipurpose Credit plays a role in supporting community consumptive needs through financing facilities that involve credit application, document verification, credit analysis, credit approval, credit agreement signing, fund disbursement, and credit monitoring. In addition, the development of consumer credit at Bank Jakarta during 2021-2025 period shows an increasing trend, indicating the growing demand for consumptive financing. Therefore, Multipurpose Credit plays an important role in supporting community consumptive financing.
