Abstract

This quantitative study aims to examine the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Digitalization Adaptation, and Work-Life Balance on employee performance. The research involved a sample of 80 non-echelon ASN employees at the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Central Jakarta, selected using a random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4 through the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach with a significance level of 0.05. The findings indicate that: (1) Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Digitalization Adaptation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
