Abstract

This study used quantitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques and was conducted Instansi A. The main objective of this study was to determine and demonstrate the influence of job satisfaction, motivation, and work environment on the performance of Instansi A employees. The population in this study were employees of the Instansi A, with a sample size of 54 respondents determined through saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used was the Partial Least Square (PLS) method through the Smart PLS 4.0 application. The results obtained from this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Instansi A.
