Abstract
This study employs a quantitative approach to examine the effects of training, compensation, and work motivation on teachers’ productivity at SDS Ma’arif NU Salafiyah. The research involved 40 teachers selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected from respondents’ answers through an online questionnaire (Google Form). The data were then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4, while hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test at a 5% significance level. The results indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ work productivity. In contrast, compensation and work motivation do not show a significant effect on teachers’ productivity.
