Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational involvement and management of time on students’ grade point average (GPA) among PSKPS FKUPNVJ students of the bqtch 2023. Method: This study applies a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design and an analytical survey. Results: There were 46 students who met the inclusion criteria were involved as respondents. The study findings revealed that most students were actively involved in organizations (65.2%), had moderate time management skills (60.9%), and achieved an above-average GPAs (67.4%). The chi-square test indicated that organizational involvement did not correlate significantly with academic achievement (p = 0.886), while time management skills showed a significant correlation with the student’s grade point average (p = 0.027). Conclusion: The conclusion of this study states that there is no relationship between organizational involvement and student GPA among PSKPS FKUPNVJ students of the 2023, but there is a relationship between time management skills and student GPA among the same population
