Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and compensation on Turnover Intention among Generation Z employees at PT XYZ. The high tendency of employees to change jobs is the background for this study because it can affect the stability and productivity of the company. The research method used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire administered to 102 respondents and data analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the study show that the Turnover Intention of Generation Z employees is in the high category, and the three independent variables of leadership style, organizational culture, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Overall, Turnover Intention can be reduced if companies are able to build a clear and consistent work culture, supported by a supportive leadership style and a performance- based compensation system.
