Abstract
The culinary industry is one of the business sectors that continues to grow rapidly in Indonesia, with various variations of traditional and modern culinary mushrooming in various regions. This research aims to create a business development formulation for Lapo Ni Tondongta TB Simatupang in the industry using the IE, Grand Strategy, SPACE, Fuzzy SWOT, and QSPM methods. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The analysis was carried out with Lapo Ni Tondongta's internal and external factors which resulted in 13 internal attributes and 12 external attributes, then using the IE method and producing a quadrant II position, Grand Strategy resulting in a quadrant I position, then evaluating environmental factors with the SPACE method and producing a position in quadrant I, then analyzing Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats with the SWOT method which resulted in 15 proposed strategies, and Fuzzy SWOT resulting in priority combinations are Strengths and Opportunities, and designing strategies with QSPM which resulted in 8 alternative strategies. The results of this study indicate that Lapo Ni Tondongta Tb Simatupang has the potential for development and market penetration through marketing activities on social media and technological advances. This strategy is expected to increase the market share and competitive advantage of Lapo Ni Tondongta TB Simatupang in an increasingly competitive market.
