Abstract

This research intends to evaluate the marketing approach of the Simpel savings account at the Bank BJB Tangerang Selatan Branch. Employing a descriptive qualitative technique, data was gathered through interviews and observations. The findings indicate that utilizing the 7P and STP strategies significantly boosts the number of student account holders. The "jemput bola" method and educational promotions were instrumental in achieving this success. It is suggested that the Bank enhance partnerships with private educational institutions and improve digital service offerings.
