Abstract
The purpose of this research is to create a website-based e-Report information system to support the assessment of student learning outcomes at Koding Next Kemayoran. The stated issue is that the existing evaluation method is manual and employs Google Docs, making it difficult for instructors to process data and restricting parents' access to their children's academic progress. This study utilizes the Waterfall technique for system development and the PIECES method for requirements analysis. The system was created with a laravel framework and a MySQL database, and it was tested using Black Box Testing to assure functioning. The results of this study indicate that the built web-based e-Rapor system may increase efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility in managing student grades while also enhancing communication between instructors and parents. The solution can also help instructors lessen their administrative load by providing digital reports that student guardians can view at any time.
