Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly contributed to improving the quality of healthcare services, including in clinics as primary healthcare facilities. Klinik Erni Jatisampurna faces challenges in managing administrative and healthcare service data, particularly in patient registration, doctor scheduling, medical record documentation, and payment processes. This research aims to design a web-based information system that addresses the operational needs of Klinik Erni Jatisampurna using the waterfall method. The system is designed with three main interfaces: for patients, doctors, and clinic staff or administrators. The features available to patients include registration, login, service information, doctor schedules, appointment bookings, queue ticket printing, payment for general patients, access to view medical records, and invoice printing. For clinic staff or administrators, the system provides a dashboard for managing doctor data, schedules, departments, patients, appointment scheduling, medications, and transactions. Doctors can view work schedules, patient appointments, and fill out medical records. The design results show that the information system can enhance service efficiency, information transparency, and administrative ease at Klinik Erni Jatisampurna. Advantages of the designed system include providing online queuing for both BPJS and general patients, as well as self-access to medical records. Thus, the designed information system can support Klinik Erni Jatisampurna in delivering fast, affordable, and high-quality services.
