Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based menu ordering information system for Jeda Coffee and Space to address inefficiencies found in manual ordering meth-ods, such as long queues and input errors. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, resulting in a fast, structured, and user-oriented application. The system allows customers to place orders independently through their own devices, while also supporting efficient digital management of menu and transaction data for admin-istrators. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance service effi-ciency and customer experience at Jeda Coffee and Space. Future development suggestions include providing simple usage guides on tables, adding automated payment features linked to customer bank accounts and more detailed order his-tory tracking, and conducting regular evaluations to ensure system reliability and alignment with user needs.
