Abstract
A website is one of the key elements in building a company's professional image and serves as a communication medium with users. However, many company websites are not yet optimal in terms of appearance and ease of use, which can affect the user experience. This study aims to redesign the UI and UX of the PT Nirvana Niaga Sejahtera website using the User Centered Design (UCD) approach to enhance the quality of the user experience. The redesign process involves direct user participation through questionnaires and needs analysis, which are then used to design a new prototype. The evaluation is conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method by comparing usability scores before and after the redesign. The results show that the usability score of the website before the redesign was 37.83, which falls into the "Poor" category, while after the redesign, the usability score increased to 90.08, which falls into the "Excellent" category. These findings indicate that the application of the UCD method is effective in improving usability quality, facilitating access to information, and enhancing the company's professional image through a more user friendly appearance and navigation.
