Abstract
In the digital era, the transformation of library services into digital platforms is required to facilitate the improvement of public literacy. The development of information technology has changed the way people access information, so libraries as centers of knowledge are required to adapt to the needs of modern users. Poor reading motivation in Indonesia is a challenge that needs to be overcome through innovative digital library services that are attractive and easy to use. Digital library applications such as IBogorKab have the potential to expand public access to quality reading materials without the limitations of space and time. This research focuses on analyzing the user experience of the IBogorKab application using the User Centered Design method. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires and conducting in-depth interviews. The purpose of this research is to determine and improve the value of user experience indicators through redesigning the application interface design. Evaluation of the new design showed that two indicators reached the good category (Stimulation and Novelty with a score of 1.47), while the other four indicators were above average (Attractiveness 1.43; Perspicuity 1.52; Efficiency 1.46; and Dependability 1.47). The results concluded that the redesign of the IBogorKab application interface successfully improved the overall user experience, which is an important step in the digital transformation of libraries to support the literacy movement in Indonesia.
