Abstract

The current website-based e-learning platform of PT. Vocasia Eduka Technology (Vocasia.id) faces several limitations, such as suboptimal navigation on mobile devices and restricted flexibility in access. This research aims to develop a mobile-based Learning Management System (LMS) application to address these issues, enhance user access, and improve learning effectiveness for Vocasia users. The system development applied the Agile method, which allows for an iterative and adaptive process according to user needs. The development results show that the mobile-based LMS application, built using the Flutter framework, successfully provides a platform with an intuitive interface optimized for mobile devices. Key features such as easy access to learning materials anytime and anywhere, comprehension evaluation through interactive quizzes, transparent progress tracking, and a real-time notification system have been successfully implemented. The benefits of this system include increased flexibility and convenience in learning for users, a more practical login process without repetition, and faster information retrieval. The presence of this mobile application contributes to improving the quality of Vocasia's learning services and supports the creation of a more responsive and effective learning experience in the digital era.
