Abstract
The development of information technology makes competition in the business world via online platforms increasingly fierce and affects many physical businesses, including businesses in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Chekoveils Store is an MSME in the fashion sector that operates online via WhatsApp and an offline store in Bogor, which has been operating for five years but is still experiencing problems in managing operational management because it still relies on a manual system. Problems that arise include inefficient stock management and inaccurate transaction recording due to only being recorded in notebooks. To overcome this problem, an online sales website-based information system was designed using the Waterfall method which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. At the requirements analysis stage, it is carried out using the PIECES method, while the system design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML), such as Use Case diagrams, Class diagrams, Activity diagrams and Sequence diagrams. The results of this research are expected to be a hijab sales information system that can provide the best solutions such as simplifying stock management, recording sales data accurately, and making it easier for customers to order hijabs. In this way, these MSMEs can improve their operational management and provide the best experience for customers.
