Abstract
Education Management is an activity or series of the form of business process management cooperative group of people who are members of educational organizations, to achieve the educational goals set previously to be effective and efficient. School as an educational service agencies need to learn and have the initiative to further improve customer satisfaction because education is a circular process of mutual influence and sustainable. This study aimed to determine the effect of the marketing mix is applied by Islamic High School Mother's Hope by the level of satisfaction obtained by the student / students. I did some research with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS 17. These results indicate that the variable of the marketing mix of product, price, place, promotion, people, processes, and physical facilities, significant effect on satisfaction.
