Abstract

This research employs a quantitative method aimed at investigating the Influence of Physical Work Environment, Work-life Balance, and Organizational Commitment on employee performance: A Case Study of CV Cipta Mandiri Helmet. The independent variables in this study are the physical work environment, work-life balance, and organizational commitment, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population of this study consists of employees at CV Cipta Mandiri Helmet. The sample size for this study is 44, selected using a saturated sampling method. The data processing method utilized is the analytic statistic inferencial model with the assistance of SmartPLS as the data processing tool. The findings of this study indicate that the physical work environment and organizational commitment significantly influence employee performance, whereas work-life balance influences performance but is not statistically significant.
