Abstract

This research objective to discuss the Jakmania Organization's efforts in using Instargram social media, as a tool to provide information to members and the wider public. The research also to analyze the Instagram account belonging to The Jakmania Organization, namely @infokomjakmania, regarding netizen responses through the comments column using Uses and Gratification Theory. The method used this research is qualitative netnography, using two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data, Netnography is research conducted using public information obtained through the internet online, someone freely gives their opinion through social media. Researchers use three stages in conducting data analysis including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or data verification. Researchers use the IG Comment Pro application in pulling data, this application is an application for pulling comment data from social media into excel. The final results in this study show that during the period August 20 - October 28 2023, The Instagram account @infokomjakmania had 148 posts. In that period, four types of information were found, namely Persija Jakarta Match Information, Organizational Activity Information, Organizational Information, and Important Day Information. Of the four types of information, there are several types of comments given by netizens in each type of information such as critical comments, disappointed comments, comments that focus on information, to comments in the form of questions.
