Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has transformed how society conducts financial transactions in the digital era. While the use of e-wallets as a digital payment method is increasing, challenges remain in developing efficient and secure applications. This research aims to design and develop a mobile e-wallet application prototype using the Flutter Framework for the TOEFL test payment system at UPA Bahasa UPNVJ. The application development method uses a cross-platform development approach to produce applications that can be used on various mobile operating systems. This research focuses on implementing key features such as electronic money storage, payments, fund transfers, and transaction tracking, taking into account security aspects and applicable digital financial regulations. The results show that using the Flutter Framework in e-wallet application development produces applications with high performance, user-friendly interfaces, and good cross-platform availability. This application is expected to facilitate the TOEFL test payment process at UPA Bahasa UPNVJ more efficiently and securely.
