Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study how workload, work family conflict, and career development partially impact the turnover intention of PT BNI Life Insurance. Data was collected through a Likert scale-based survey, and SmartPLS software was used to conduct the Partial Least Square (PLS) method of analysis. The results showed that workload has a significant positive effect on intention to leave the job, household work conflict has a significant positive effect on intention to leave the job, and career development has no significant effect onintention to leave the job. Based on these findings, PT BNI Life is advised to reduce the level of turnover intention by managing workload proportionally and creating a balance between personal and work life.
