Abstract
This research uses quantitative methods with the aim of knowing and proving the influence of Job Rotation, Employee Engagement and Burnout on job satisfaction. This research uses 52 security officers who are permanent employees of PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara Project SBI Narogong Plant with total sample technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results showed that (1) Job Rotation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of security officers, (2) Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of security officers, and (3) Burnout has no significant effect on job satisfaction of security officers.
