Abstract
This study aims to analyze influence of three independent variables, namely customer experience, perceived price, and service quality on customer satisfaction of GoFood users in South Jakarta. This study employs quantitative approaches with descriptive analytic techniques to explain the sample, as well as inferential techniques utilizing the SmartPLS version 4 software tool. The population for this study was made up of GoFood consumers in South Jakarta, with 100 respondents chosen using a non-probability sampling approach. The data for this study were gathered through the distribution of questionnaires using Google Forms via social media channels. The results of the analysis show that customer experience and perceived price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, service quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. This research provides a comprehensive understanding of the aspects that influence customer satisfaction on the GoFood service platform in relation to customer experience, perceived price, and service quality. The findings in this study are expected to help GoFood and other online food delivery companies to be able to create more effective marketing plans while prioritizing customer satisfaction by emphasizing service quality.
