Abstract
KA Bandara application is a platform designed to assist passengers in planning and making journeys to and from the airport using train services. With features such as ticket booking and schedule information, this application aims to enhance comfort and efficiency in travel. However, with the increasing number of users and their diverse needs, the application faces challenges in navigation and information accessibility. To address these issues, a redesign was carried out using the Design Thinking method, which consists of five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. This process begins with understanding user needs, formulating solutions, creating prototypes, and testing them. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) approach is also employed to evaluate the quality of the user experience from the new Design, measuring important dimensions such as attractiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The results of the redesign are expected to not only improve the application's functionality but also create a more enjoyable, intuitive, and efficient travel experience for all users, allowing them to feel more satisfied and confident when using train services to the airport.
