Abstract

This study is performed to examine the effect of audit structure, role conflict and leadership style auditor’s performance at Registered Public Accountants in DKI Jakarta. The population of this research is the 63 auditors that work in 25 KAP. Determination of the sample with a purposive sampling. Type of data used by the media is the primary data in the from of a questionnaire. The analysis used include test validity, test reliability, test the classical assumption, hypothesis testing which includes the F test, coefficient of determination (R2), and t test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study suggest that testing the audit structure didn’t significantly affect auditor’s performance, but role conflict and leadership style significantly positive affect audior’s performance. The analysis using the coefficient of determination found that 49,8 percent of auditor’s performance variation can be explained by the variables investigated in this study and 50,2 percent is explained by other factors outside the model.
