Abstract
Gerindra Party is fairly stable in terms of electability and votes. Positive image certainly plays a role in this. Forming and maintaining a positive image can be done by using political communication. One part of political communication is political marketing. This research examines the pull political marketing strategy of the @Gerindra account on social media X ahead of the 2024 Election in the time period January 1st, 2023 to February 10th, 2024. In the 2024 Election, Gerindra Party is one of the participating political parties as well as the party that carries its General Chairman, Prabowo Subianto as a Presidential Candidate. The results found that the @Gerindra account used communication accommodation strategies, social media marketing, interaction models in communication, political image repair, personal branding, and celebrity endorsement. Initially, the positive image of @Gerindra account was fluctuating (up-down-up-down) but since the announcement of Gibran Rakabuming Raka as Prabowo Subianto's vice president, the positive image of @Gerindra account experienced a drastic decline and did not see a significant increase until the research period was over.
