Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the purchasing decisions of cloud computing services among IT users in various industry sectors. Cloud computing services are increasingly considered important in the field of information technology due to their ability to enhance productivity and efficiency while reducing operational costs. To achieve this goal, the study employs a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 100 IT users from various sectors. Data analysis is conducted using SmartPLS software to evaluate the relationships between the research variables, which consist of marketing strategy, data security, government regulations, and purchasing decisions. The results show that marketing strategy, data security, and government regulations have a significant impact on the purchasing decisions of cloud computing services. This study provides valuable insights into the factors affecting the purchasing decisions of cloud computing services.
