Abstract
PT XYZ is a company operating in the upstream textile sector for yarn production. PT XYZ yarn spinning factory is located in Bandung. PT XYZ is a company that will only start operating in the last quarter of 2023. PT This is because PT XYZ has not been able to optimize financial absorption to develop its business. PT XYZ is vulnerable to experiencing lost customers and lost sales due to its inability to fulfill customer demand. PT XYZ is also still looking for investors in order to fulfill and develop its production process and overall business. For this reason, this business feasibility analysis can further attract investors and support consideration of cooperation. Non-financial analysis is studied from market and marketing as well as technical and operational aspects with the results of the marketing techniques used being word of mouth and direct marketing. The Business Model Canvas explains nine elements of business strategy. Sales estimation using Orange Data Mining machine learning. The best models chosen for analysis were SVM and kNN. Judging from the financial aspect, the most feasible scheme is the scheme with the kNN sales estimation model compared to SVM, shown by the BEP results which are in accordance with cash flow and occur in the same period as the PP calculation with NPV details of IDR 192,609,863,587, PP 5 to 6 months, ROI 48.28%, ROA 45.46, PI 2.00, and BEP IDR 2,432,058,004.
