Abstract
Hospitals are medical institutions that must meet certain standards to maintain the quality of care provided. DIK Pusdikkes Jakarta Hospital has a vision of being the primary choice and pride of soldiers, civil servants, their families, and the community of East Jakarta. To achieve this goal, an information system that supports daily operations in the hospital is needed. Information System Management plays a crucial role in the healthcare sector because easy access to information impacts service time and patient satisfaction. The flow of information in healthcare management affects operational service processes and patient trust in the hospital. Therefore, information system management needs to be carried out effectively to maintain and improve the quality of services in hospitals. Feedback from the community about DIK Pusdikkes Jakarta Hospital shows complaints related to registration, medical record numbers, and schedules that do not match. Therefore, management analysis of the Hospital Information Management System with recognized and accountable standards is needed. The standard used is COBIT 5, which is a framework used to govern and manage information and technology in companies. This framework consists of five domains with two different domain objectives, making it a suitable choice for analyzing information system management in hospitals. This research uses various methods such as interviews, literature studies, direct observations, and questionnaires using Likert scales, as well as accessing relevant key documents. Data processing is done using SPSS software followed by validity and reliability testing. The results of this research include an analysis of the maturity level of the information system management at DIK Pusdikkes Jakarta Hospital, based on aspects of domains such as EDM03, APO08, APO13, BAI10, and DSS04.
