Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of security, ease of use, and perceived usefulness on user satisfaction of digital payment systems. The research population is digital payment system users in DKI Jakarta. This research used a snowball sampling technique and obtained 134 digital payment system users as respondents. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data). The analysis method used is Structural equation model- PLS. The results of this research show that security, ease of use, and perceived usefulness have a significant positive influence on user satisfaction of e-wallet payment systems.
