Abstract

This writing aims to find out the use, benefits and obstacles of QRIS as a payment system for business actors in the Cibubur Region. By distributing questionnaires to business actors in the Cibubur Region. From the distribution of the questionnaire, there are 84 (Eighty-Four) business actors in the Cibubur Region who are selected based on certain criteria. The data was processed using a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the analysis show that QRIS as a non-cash payment system, offers ease of transactions and operational efficiency for business actors. However, this writing finds several obstacles such as customers still do not know how to use QRIS. Service providers need to improve the quality of their customer support so that they can meet user expectations and needs more effectively. This writing opens up a new area for further writing on the application of new technologies.
