Abstract
Background: The most common discomfort experienced by pregnant women in the second trimester and third trimester is low back pain. It is estimated that about 70% of pregnant women experience low back pain during pregnancy, labor, and after labor. The results showed that age, occupation, parity, and body mass index affect the causes of back pain in pregnant women. Methods : This study uses a case study method to implement nursing care for Ny. R (G1P0A0) with the problem of back pain at 21 weeks gestation in the Depok Nature Reserve Region. Data collection is done by interview, observation, physical examination and documentation. Results : The main nursing diagnosis is acute pain associated with physiological injury agents (pregnancy). Measurement of pain using a numeric rating scale / NRS 0 - 10. The main nursing action taken is prenatal yoga to overcome back pain. Conclusion : Prenatal yoga can overcome the problem of back pain in pregnant women
