Abstract
Promotion has a very important role, especially in the business world, in gaining and maintaining market share. Brand is a sentence or word that is popular and often used to publish products. In an increasingly sophisticated era, product promotions more often use social media. The development of PT Allo Bank Indonesia has experienced significant progress, especially in savings products. To remain stable, Allo Bank continues to carry out various strategies and promotions to make it known to more people. This research uses qualitative, qualitative research is research that is descriptive and tends to use analysis. This research aims to explain a phenomenon in as much depth as possible by collecting data that shows the importance of depth and detail in the data studied. The results of this research show that promotions have a big influence on perceptions of quality and digital services, because the quality of the services provided can influence potential customers.
