Abstract
The state of industrial recovery in Indonesia after the Covid-19 pandemic promted PT. Sinergi Karsa Indobenua to improve its sales performance through developin effective sales strategies. Sales performance reports are the right tool to measure company performance. The sales performance report is an evaluating of te company’s business activities during a certain period. The purpose of preparing a sales performance report is to analyze the extent to which a company has succeeded in achieving targets in carrying out its business activities. In this writing, data and information were obtained from the observation, interview and documentation stages, then processed using qualitative descriptive methods. Preparing sales performance reports begins with the sales stagte to customer, recording sales and preparing sales performance reports. The results of the sales performance report can later be useful for those who use the report, especially management.
