Abstract
Technology plays quite a role in disseminating information to increase efficiency, so it is not surprising that currently many online media platforms are emerging, such as PT Citra Multimedia which has the Medcom.id website. Medcom.id is a website that provides online news services to the wider community. The problems identified are related to the consistency of service operations and program management. The aim of the research is to assess the capability and level of maturity of the Medcom.id website service performance using the COBIT 2019 framework. The 2019 COBIT process objectives used include APO02, BAI08, and DSS01. The research results showed that the average maturity level value for the entire process was 2.33 (Managed Process) and there was a gap in each process objective from the value expected by the company, which was 5. In the APO02 and DSS01 processes there was still a gap of 3, while the gap in the BAI08 process was 2. It was identified that the APO02 and DSS01 processes were critical and needed to be prioritized for improvement.
