Abstract

Background: Anemia is a condition where pregnant women experience a lack of red blood cells in the blood circulation. Anemia in pregnancy can cause the mother to experience bleeding during postpartum caused by uterine atony, besides anemia in pregnancy also affects the growth and development of the fetus, the fetus can experience low birth weight to maternal death. Objective: This study aims to report nursing care to Mrs. I (G3P2A0) with mild anemia problems in the second trimester of pregnancy in the Environment of Kel. Cibubur, Ciracas District, East Jakarta. Method: This study uses a simple descriptive case study method in implementing nursing care in Mrs. I (G3P2A0) with mild anemia problems in the second trimester of pregnancy. NY data collection. I conducted by interview, observation and physical examination. Result: Ineffective peripheral perfusion causes patients to experience dizziness, and fatigue easily during activities. Not only was peripheral perfusion ineffective, other nursing diagnoses that emerged, namely Nutritional deficits and Knowledge deficits, were enforced in the case of Mrs. I. Nursing interventions, namely Nutrition Management, and health education. In 3 visits with Mrs. I the problem of peripheral perfusion was not effectively resolved with the criteria for the results of 5L complaints in patients were gone, and Hemoglobin values improve.
